Development and ongoing maintenance of a logistics system, managing multi-branch customer bookings, vehicles, stock and client storage.


Original requirement


Design, develop and support a multi-user accessible system to replace an existing spreadsheet-based furniture removal booking system.

Solution

  • Working with the owners of EEZI MOVE to understand their business and specific requirements, we designed, developed and implemented a vehicle management system that is accessible to multiple users.
  • Each user has a complete snapshot of up-to-date bookings across multiple vehicles, covering multiple routes for any selected period.
  • From day one the owners and office managers have been involved in continually upgrading and expanding the system to improve the functionality required for their specific business requirements.
